REBALANCE

I cant seen to get the 28oz flywheel. Can I get my new 50oz rebalanced to 28oz? If yes how much will it cost?

Are yousaying the flywheel?
Cant you use a 28oz 351W flywheel

I'm having trouble getting a new 28oz flywheel... billet steel one that is. Can I rebalance the 50oz one i already have? Its a new billet steel on also.

It costs a lot to get a re-balance, and good luck finding someone to do it. I have a 28oz billet, that I might trade you or sell, I bought it and used it 5 miles. My "new" motor I got from my "friend" grenaded.

Believe it or not I found a machine shop today that will rebalance it for $45 I called around today at some of our local machine shops and found one...... yahooo!!!!

I don't know if I'd recommend getting it rebalanced, since it's opening up the possibility of them either doing it wrong, or having weight added/subtracted to or from places that could potentially come off. Any experienced machinist should be able to do it correctly, but I guess I'm not one to take chances with things like this. Summit Racing has one for $239 from Ford Racing. Thanks for the reply.,......its allready paid for and they had a hard time finding it. I just got off the phone with them and It was just shipped out. thanks anyway though.

some flywheels have interchangeable weights. but it seems you got it done already.

If you need one, I could sell you mine, I'm parting out my car and buying a bike, I've had enough of this POS. It has less than 50 miles, Mcleod billet steel, let me know.
