Rebuild Questions on my 1996 Ford Mustang Cobra

I just bought a 1996 Ford Mustang Cobra with 98k on the odometer. I wanted to rebuild the motor so I can add a Vortech supercharger. Where would you recommmend going to rebuild the engine and what has to be done to it? What is the cost of doing something like that? I live in Southern California. Any places anyone can recommmend. TIA
