Well, if you are trying to save money there are parts guys selling OEM parts cheap on the internet like Tousley Ford. Also, Rock Auto always has good deals on OEM parts.

O.k. update, its not the Multi-switch, I replaced it and still no wipers. So my guess is that the electricity went opposite and damage my relay and made it stick on off since thats what it was on when the wires hit the gear stick. So I'm off to replace the relay, hope this works, and somthing funky happened! My lights on my gauges cut off b/c of the ground wire, now they are back on with the ground wire gone. Anyway, any more suggestions will be helpful!
P.s. All of the neccesary fuses are intact!

Pinpoint tests

I am going to chime in on this thread one more time and then disconnect.

While the fuse itself has been tested good, has the power to/from the fuse been positively verified? If not, recommend removing the fuse, test for 12V power between the empty socket and a known good ground (in run or acc). Test both sides of the fuse socket (expecting power in only one side).

Unless there is power coming out of fuse F1.4 AND F2.26 in acc/run, the wipers will not work.

Previous posts seam to indicate there is NO POWER from the fuses. In any case, it is not clear to me what additional tests have been done and their results.

Where the power is/is not will tell us where to look next.

What to do next if there is power in Fuse F2.26:

Since you stated that both the wipers and the washer motor do not work, it is unlikely to be the Wiper relay (K316/K140) and the washer relay (K139) failed at the same time.

To rule this out, ground out pin #1 on the K139 washer pump relay (engine compartment LH side). The wire color is #20 TN/RD. If the washer pump runs, then the problem is either in the wiring harness (unlikely), multi-function switch (already ruled out), or the Generic Electronic Module (GEM).

The GEM is serviced as an assembly.

What to do NO POWER in Fuse F2.26.

Check Fuse F1.4. If power in F1.4, the problem is in the wiring harness between the BJB and CJB.

If no power in F1.4, it is a power distribution problem perhaps in the ignition switch. Let’s cross that bridge if needed.

Does that mean it was a fuse? Which one? What was the final resolution and how did you find it?

You know that sometimes a car problem is like a mystery novel. If you skip to the end, you miss out on all of the fun. It almost as much about the process as it is the results.
