Recommendations for Rings and Bearings

i am looking for input on which type of piston rings, main and rod bearings to put in my motor. there seems to be different metals and coatings from exspensive to rather cheap and from many different manufactures. basically i have a medium modded street motor.can i get away with middle of the road products or what. thanks for any info

got about 8 years on my motor with total seal gapless rings and clevite bearings

i have stock crank, rods and pistons. tanus what type (coating / metal) bearings did you use? and did you get the high, middle or standard performance total seal rings? thanks for info

MS590P Main If they are still standard. size

CB634P Rods If they are still standard size
