I am looking to lower my 95 gt a bit...It currently has stock set up..I dont want to lose my handling or ride but I would like to go down an inch or 1 1/2 inch(back sits up higher).. Anyone have any suggestions on a complete setup(shocks/struts/springs) that wont send me to the silent city of the dead after I see the price?...A friend recommended eibach springs with tokico shocks?.....thanks.... Any pictures would be nice

I've installed and rode on both H&R and Ebiach springs. Both handled great, IMO they both did about the same amount of drop by eye. You can ditch the rubber isolators in the rear if you want to really close out that tire gap in exchange for a little noise.
For shocks, I would suggest Tokico HP Blues if you're tight on budget, they are great for the street. If you spend a little more per corner you can get the Tokico Illumia adjustables as the next step up. If you are lowering a 94-95, you may want to opt for fox body shocks for the fronts, they are a tad shorter and won't bottom out on a shorter spring. This is what I did at least.

Years ago I installed the FRPP M-5400-A suspension system that was designed for the 2001 Bullitt GT. The advantage of going this way is you have an engineered system that was developed by Ford's SVT. This with sub frame connectors gives a nice handling car that doesn't break the bank. If it's still available I would check it out.

As is the case with many other things in life, you get what you pay for...
Eibach's or H&R's are both quality spring choices, and should lower around 1 1/2 or so.
KYB's are a good cheap alternative, and Tokico blue's are a good choice too; just don't skimp too much here as you will pay for it in a crappy ride later on.
