Redneck dyno?

where are the lug nuts for the right side truck wheel? What happens when the old axle snaps? Yeah, you go first Jethro. The strain guage is a good idea - the rest is for the toothless inbred crowd. My first job out of the Navy was working in an electric motor R&D lab for Gould and we had a motor dynos set up on tables with adjustable inertia weights for various HP motors - the bed was mounted on strain guages to give torque.

i'm with tmoss- where are the lugs for the wheel? I however don't see why the axle snaps unless it's reaaaaallllly old. If he could somehow make a mold to put those truck tires in so when the chevy skids off it dosne't totally nosedive into the hole it's actually a pretty cool little contraption... of course i don't think id ever waste the time and energy to do it
