Redoing My Lower End On My 96 4.6

I have a 96 4.6 want to redo my bottom end with forge internals wanting to go with a 0.20 over stock dished piston and stock stroke going to do the pi swap on heads and I take was wondering if I should used the piston dish that's in the 99 I am running boost any info would be appreciated
