i was just doing the clutch pedal adjustment|lifting pedal and fully depressing it in my garage|and now i hear a springy noise(thats a technical term) coming from near the clutch when i depress and release the clutch. could the cable have too much tension now? it is a very loud spring noise and i depressed and released the clutch multiple times and it still makes the noise. i have the tremic tr- 3650
it actually sounds more like a squeak
it sounds like a squealy spring, no bird chirp-not tob
i suspect the cable might be overtensioned and is binding? does anyone know how to loosen and retighten the cable?
