did the 95s have a remote entry thingy? KillerCanary's pic he just posted on another thread shows one hanging from his keychain ...
the guy i bought mine from told me it didn't come with one. bastard probably just lost it or something. i'm going to check the dealer and see if i can get one and how much they cost.SuperDust22 said:when I bought my car it came with one. I think it was just an option.
it is the same for verts, right? i assume the "dome" light in my case is the ones on the bottom of the rear view mirror?HairyCanary said:It was optional. My car, for example, has every option available for a 1995 GT *except* keyless entry. It seems that some early '95 Mustangs and all '94 Mustangs were max-wired, so even if you don't have keyless entry it might be possible to retrofit it easily. You can find out if you have keyless entry by pulling up on the exterior driver side door handle with it locked, and look to see if the dome light comes on. If it does, you have keyless entry. If the dome light doesn't come on until you actually open the door, then the module is not installed.
you dont have power windows or locks??.....if not my guess is you dont have a GT to begin with, and you have a GTS....EpiKk3 said:well sadly my gt is like absolute base, no power anything, how much would it be to get a keyless entry system installed [maybe with an alarm]? or is it pretty easy to install so i could do it myself?

EpiKk3 said:how do you know if its a gts? its got the 5.0 says gt on the sidedidnt even know what a gts was to be honest with you is this better / worse than a gt? er just for a diff market?
It's a bit more than that, especially since GTS models were available with lots of options, and could pretty much become regular GT's in the process. Go to Hillie's site, he has all the differences listed.swingline said:Does it have a spoiler? If not, you have a GTS.
