I'm not using my EGR either, but I've had a problem with one of the delete kits out there.

A while back I bought a Ron Morris EGR delete kit. It is a 1/8" plate that takes the place of the EGR spacer. When I went to install the kit I couldn't bolt my throttle linkage back on because it hit my fuel pressure regulator.

I know Accufab sells a spacer that is stock width. I want to upgrade my 65mm TB to 70mm anyways, so I'm going with the Accufab setup which comes with a EGR spacer that is stock width.

I should also add I had this problem with my GT-40 intake and a Downs intake. I tried a 1" spacer, 1/2" spacer and no spacer at all. It just would NOT work.
