Ok i'm trying to change my H/C/I. Do I even need to remove the brace to get the intake and heads off and if I do how do I get the brace off? Do I have to remove the struts?

It will make your life much easier if you remove it and get it out of the way. You shouldn't need to remove the struts. I always raise my car enough to reach over the tire to gain easier access to those bolts. Sometimes I'll remove the tires. I know those Allen heads are a pain to work with. I hate that stock STB. If all else fails you can always remove the top bolts of your struts and let your suspension down far enough to get it done. Make sure you mark the location first on your Strut towers.

Good Luck
