I've already got the left side completely off but I'm having a hard time with the nut that holds the ball joint to the spindle. No matter how hard I try it just won't budge and inch. Everything else I already loosened just need that final nut. Anybody have any suggestions on how I can loosen it up?

Heat it Up

You can try heating up the nut using a propane torch you may have to hold the heat on it for a minute once you remove the heat try to hit it with a wrench pretty quickly. Obviously be careful it will be hot. Try to heat the nut only. Hope this helps.

If you use the heat method, you can also spray it with your penetrating lube of choice. It'll smoke like hell and stink just as bad, but it'll draw the cool liquid into the threads. You should be able to do it then. I had the same problem doing some tie rod ends on a couple of occasions with cars I had worked on.
