If my car is under warranty and it has to be in service for an extended period of time, shouldn't Ford pick up the tab for my rental car? It irks me I'm paying $30 out of pocket for a problem that isn't my fault so I can go to work everyday.
I was told if it was a drivability concern, then i get a rental from the dealer. I am not sure if this is true for all dealers, but it only makes sense.
Every time I bring my car into my dealer and need a car, they give me one for free. Doesn't matter what kind of service it is. I guess I got a good dealer.
