Replace LEd for 3rd brake light??

I need some help, I have a 2000 stang with the Saleen S281 wing. The LED lights have gone bad and I'd like to replace the whole LED insert (?). I've searched the net and I'm now a very desperate woman! I'm stationed in Germany so finding parts around here is absolutely ridiculous. Does anyone have a suggestion? A site to order a specific LED insert for this spoiler or can I go with something generic and if so...what?

This is just one of many things wrong with this car so I'm at my wits end. Any help would be severly appreciated

Are just some of the LED's going out? or did they all go out? LED's don't typically go bad in the life of a car... they should burn for either many hundred thousand if not over a million hours. If they are all off, check wiring. If not, go get some LED's and match the milliamps and get a soldering iron.
