After I replaced them there is not a strange noise coming from under the hood and gets worse when throttle is applied, but in gear and out also with clutch in and out. It sounds like a weedeater(best thing I could think of to describe it). ANy thoughts? Maybe the tensioner pullie?

get an automotive stethescope or a long screwdriver and put it to each pully listening for bearing noise by putting your ear to the screwdriver handle. Take a careful listen you'll find it. is the crank pulley the correct number of ribs? Could be supercharger wine too

make sure your belt routing is right. the belt will fit in two different configurations. If its wrong, the belt will not be centered on the water pump pully and the 1st and 2nd rib of the belt will rub each other. Ive never heard of this making a noise but it could happen.

The belt is on right, not to crazy about putting my head to a running motor if you know what I mean. I wish it was a supercharger so desperatly but when I was putting the pullies on I didn't see one, wrong car. Yes they are the right pullies, I keep them in the box the other pullies came in so they have to be the right ones. The car sometimes made to the sound, every 500 miles with the other pullies now its a constant.

Remove the belt and spin each pulley by hand to see which one makes the noise.

Did you remove the underdrives and install stockers? Or the opposite?

Have you upgraded to a 3g alt?

The first thought that comes to mind is the underdrive alt pulley and a 3g. With some pulley kits, the u/d alt pulley can contact the 3g alt housing.

One more thing, I've read here that the fan & water pump pulley bolts can sometimes contact the water pump if you've upgraded to an electric fan (removed the stock fan).

my guess is you need a new belt, like a .5-1 inch shorter

I will try that.
I removed the aftermarket ones and installed the stock ones. I do have to 3G alt. but it still remains with the stock pulley. This car does not have an electric fan, sorry to clear things up I'm talking about my Notch. Now everything is back to stock except for the 3G alt which has the pulley it came with.

I shorter belt with not fit at all, trust me it took about 5 minutes to get this one on with help, I had to shoehorn it on with two screwdrivers.
