Replaced TPS Sensor - still get .15 volts ???

Q here....... if the TPS signal is below .49 vdc, why isn't a code 63 showing in a KOEO? Code 21 and 24 are usually "engine too cold for a KOEO" condition codes.

Suggest to plug everything back, clear ECM memory, start engine and let it reach op temp, rerun a KOEO and KOER and LUK.

in reply #25 he said he changed pcm and still the same,,,im waiting also on results of last 2 steps b1,b2 ......maybe he did say code 63 cause it was the starting code...?????????if he fails b2 than pcm would be next in line of pin test...im expecting him to fail b2,,,which is service open in eec ground circuit....
