Replacement carpet

I am in the market for a replacement carpet. I know there are a bunch of suppliers, but can anyone who has bought a replacement recommend a supplier? Is there anyone to stay away from? I want a nice fitting, quality carpet. Thanks

I would highly recommend 50RESTO I just purchased there MASS Black carpet, and it fit extremely well very top notch company and excellent products backed by excellent costomer service!

Yep...get the mass back carpet. You don't want the cheap stuff as it doesn't fit into the corners and it looks "lifted" and "puffed" in those areas.

when i got mine i got the cheap one not the mass black. i still looks good but u had to make your own holes. it was a pain.

lol Yep, that's what I bought for my '90 and your description is pretty accurate. Overall it's certainly better than the mess I replaced but while the interior looks much cleaner there are fitting issues in certain areas. I may have been a bit hasty in my install so I'm sure that didn't help.

This may sound kind of dumb but does the mass back carpet come with the holes already cut out?

its marked but not fully cut. 50resto gets it from ac carpet, its drop shipped directly from them. i have it also, it is def light years beyond the reg cheap carpets.

Very dissapointed in the top of the line carpet from Fox Mustang Restoration called the Essex carpet. The quality of the carpet is excellent and it is contoured to fit the floor. I did not mind having to cut my own holes either but the fit of the carpet by the gas pedals was horrible, It is almost a foot short of the fire wall on the drivers side right under the clutch pedal. You can't say it was installed to far back either because it contours to the floor!
I have always dealt with FMR because of the great customer service and quality parts but for the price of the carpet I wasn't happy at all.

Thanks. I'll go with the mass back then. I think I am going to get the hatch area carpet as well, with the tri bar/horse logo embroidered.

I just got the ACC normal carpet from 50resto. Mass back weighs to much. Havent put it in yet though hopefully this week.
