So it looks like my car is just shy of the 7 year dealer replacement, so I have to do it myself. I am going to order the manifold from here.
http://www.karkraft.com/intake_manifolds.htm
Is there anything else I need to do to it? I have been reading about people drilling another coolant sensor bung/hole? Does this need to be done with this manifold?

Thanks.

I would pick up new PI manifold gaskets just incase the existing ones are shot. Do a coolant flush while you're at it. Also, you do not need to drill a hole for another sensor, only 96-98 guys need to do that (we have 2 sensors, 99+ only uses 1)

straight swap for you...no extras required. Did they give you your in service date or just tell you it was out of date?

Where is Mike..he can look it up for you by your vin# if hes not too busy.

You can call the dealer and they will run your vin also, if Mike ain't around.

I know when I called, they told me I was like 2 months out of the 7 years .. i was!

No second coolant sensor... definitely replace lower gaskets unless the new one comes with them installed already as was pointed out to me recently that some do come with them already attached.

See sig for install help...
