I go buy a new one and go to open my hatch and someone pried the ****ing thing and bent the hatch lid and broke the lock tumbler where it wont turn and it is bent all to hell.  So my question is can I buy a new hatch tumbler to match my present key or will it come with a new one? Does anyone have a part # for this part since the autozone i called has morons working the counter and didnt know what i was talking about:mad: I am so ****ing mad now, i work my ass off for this stuff and someone tries to steal my ****. Thanks for the help guys.

You can get a whole new set from most of the online retailers, PPI, 50.resto, etc. But I would just try to look for a used one at a salvage yard or in the classifieds. Then take it to a locksmith and he can rekey it for your current key. I had to replace my door lock since some idiot tried to open it with a screwdriver. It cost me about $5 for the lock and another $7 to have it rekeyed. The complete kits run probably $80 or more. And it has to be a hatch lock or possibly a trunk lock, not a door lock. The parts are different.
