I need some pics of a v gate 2 shifter installed in a 64-66 mustang or any old mustang for that matter. Also whould like pictures of how you modified and cut the floor.

I just installed one on a 67 Mustang, this was quite difficult, I found the best shifter position, which ended up being on top of the old shifter hole, and bolted it as far down as I could. The only major issue I ran into is the trans crossmember runs right before where you need to drill a 1-1/2" hole to run the shifter cable, I was able to drill into the center of it and use to grommets to clean it up. I need to make a plate still to fill up the old shifter hole. I'll try to get a couple of pictures.

Shifter cable? There is no cable on mine. This is for a toploader 4 speed.

ohhhh Cus I got a V-matic I figured the V was the automatic part
