Restoring my doors/windows

My windows take forever to go up and the driver side window even has some scratches on it. Also the doors rattle a bit. What all would I need to replace in order to get the doors to operate properly?

I've found guide plates and window motors on 5.0 resto but I think I also need new window felt which I can't seem to find.... those should take care of the window issues right?

For the door I already bought new hinge pins but I noticed the driver's side has no bushing around the striker where can I track one of those down?

The striker for the door latch is in the Help! section of most auto parts stores.

Ok i'm bringing my thread back because I'm finally getting around to buying all the parts I need.... school and work keep me too busy. Anyway, I've come to the conclusion that I definitely need guide plates, but I'm not sure what else I need. The windows don't go up and down smoothly, and I found out the squealing I hear isn't from the glass it's coming from the track itself. I figured I'd get new gears for inside the motors anyway... but is that worth it? I don't want to spend 140.00 from Late Model Resto for new motors and guide plates if the guide plates and new gears would fix it....
