If they aren't a certain thickness, no shop can legally resurface them. Worse you can do is bring them somewhere to see if they will. Should be around $20 to do it.
sure if they are thick enough they were probably never cut you can also throw a cheap set of pads on.... I use the cheaper pads from autozone they dont eat up the rotars lifetime warranty they are a little dirty dont forget to open the bleeders before compressing the pistons !
Yea, you can get them turned. And if they are warped a bit, it makes a HUGE difference. My dad just got the rotors turned on his E350 work van, and my mom's V-10 Excursion, for the second time. No problems at all.
