My reverse is gone on my t-5, It clicks into the space but car doesn't move, all other gears work. I heard some funny sounds last week in 5th gear, but reverse has always been fine..

I do have a mac short throw shifter installed. I wonder if this could be causing my issue..
And thoughts?

Open it up and have a look. It could be something very simple like a roll pin breaking. these trans are a peice of cake to repair. if you can get it out, you can fix it

Reverse and 5th are on the same "fork." Fifth has an actual fork & syncro. Reverse is a small idler gear that slides in between the counter and main shafts. The mechanism that connects reverse to the shifter has several moving parts and is more complicated than any other gear.
Since you say 5th gear still works I would suspect a broken rev or rev idler gear or a broken idler gear slider.

Thanks for the pics! You know what really makes me mad about this? I left the car at a friends house and I get a call that says "Your car won't back up, I was just moving it into the driveway.." I think he was beating on my car..

T-5's are very weak in reverse. Sometimes guys will try to spin the tires backing up and shear the teeth right off the little idler gear.

If you open the trans up and the teeth are sheared..i almost garantee your friend tried to spin the tires in Reverse.
