I was gone for a month and my car wasnt driven at all during that time. When I drive it now it has a rich smell and my mom just told me that my dad had to put air in my tires. Are these normal for not driving it for that period of time? I just ordered new tires so if it is because my tires are old then I already have that problem taken care of.

It can be normal to lose some tire pressure when the car is dormant.

I would put some miles on it and see how it does. An oil change might be in order first though.

Good luck.
