Wheels-Tires Ride Quality Question

As I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new Mustang, I've been obsessing over the possible upgrades and updates I might want to make.

One of the updates I've been considering is a change to the wheel/tire size.

Does anybody have any thoughts or experience in how much the ride quality (or performance) would change when going from 19" wheels (255/40R19) to 20" wheels (255/35R20 front + 295/35R20 rear)?

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping the difference would be minimal.

While I don't mind the idea of staying with 19" wheels, the 20" look better and the selection of 19" aftermarket wheels seems pretty limited.
