right rear still humming after bearing install

i changed out my right wheel bearing because i had the humm from the right rear!! well the humm stayed away for a day and now it's back..but this time it's not very noticeable at low sppeds but when i get to 50mph it sounds like it did before i changed the bearing get to about 60 and it's not there get off gas and let the car slow down to 50 and it's there i dont know if it's my axle thats worn where it sits inside my bearing or what the hell it is now!! any ideas
