I just read something on that. It said you could fit the 18's after lowering 1.5" like the Steeda sport springs but didn't mention anything about 2". From what I've seen, lowering more than 1.5" causes all kinds of additional suspension mods that otherwise wouldn't be necessary. Why are you looking for 2"? Just curious.

Oh and, if you check out Tire Rack they have calculators to answer the tire size question.

For a 2 inch drop you will have to upgrade the shocks/struts also

I had Steeda springs and some 18" rims on my last stang. The shocks and struts went bad over time but I never needed caster/camber plates. Here's a pic, the tires were 275/35 up front and 285/35's out rear. never had any problem with rubbing.......

I got 18x9.5 with a 2" drop and stock everything else besides cc plates and everything works fine but while you are at it do everything at once

I have Sprotline spring(2"dropp), and 18X9 and 18X10.5". I went with 275 for front and they do rub once in blue moon. 265 would be no probrem tho. But it look killer. I've seen people with Pro kit on their cars, and to me is just not enough dropp.
