I dont think that these rims came with my 89. What year are they?

Those are 1990-1993 wheels I think. 87-89 had turbines.

1991-1993 16x7 Pony wheels. Original tire size is 225/55/16, although the 245/50/16 is a common replacement.

Also appears they have 8-year old tires.

Some even had steel rims with wire spoke hubcaps. Fancy.

Guys, pony wheels were 1991.

I contacted a company about narrowing two rims and go with taller tires out back.

Yep. 90 Got the air bag wheel, but it wasn't until 91 that we got the (mildly) revised fenders and larger wheels.

My 90 GT came with turbines. As mentioned above the 16" pony wheels came with a revised front fender (91-93)
