These days people tend to give wheels like those away for free ... just to get them outta their garage you see ... or sell them for $50 to a friend who recently found his car on blocks and just needs wheels to get by for the time being

But then again you might run across someone with an "obscure" sense of taste

In a spoiled nation like ours ... to put it bluntly, those wheels suck
