Honestly ... i was thinking the same thing about the price, it is cheap! It's nice to do it yourself, but if you're in a hurry and just want the job done - $150 aint bad!

Heck yeah! As long as I trusted them . A first time intake swap will probably take three or four hours, so $75 is a steal. After you've done it a few times you get considerably faster, but it's still a PITA. Hell, I'd pay someone $75 just to scrape the damn gaskets from the heads... .

IAlso ... if you are gonna do (or have been thinking about doing) the smog/air pump delete, this would be a great time to clean all that up and get it out of the way. You can also get to the bolts behind the heads really easy without the upper in the way!
Here is the disconnect tools you can buy....the Green/Yellow are for Fords...for 9.00 they're worth it....their different dia's, one color for each line...
I bungee'd mine once....happen to smack an injector...it fell out...hit the deck.. I was down 3 days looking for a Pintle cap...
Get the tools...they come in handy....you can always use em in your shop...

An intake is not all that tough....if you wanna learn about the car, then do it, its the only way to learn.. we're here to guide anyone who ask for input...you start on it early in the AM and you'll have it done by a/noon, being the first time and all...
lets says you pay the bucks and somethings still wack or you have a leak...you'll wish you just did it yourself...
Take the time to learn how its done and you'll be ... when its up and running again...between a Haynes manual and this forum, you got it made...
I personally pay no one to turn wrenchs on my car...i like to do it all...half the fun for me is the satisfaction of doing it myself..i know its done right that way...i'm pretty fussy about chit...
