More smoothing of welds.

I'm going with the more metal work equals less mud work.

Modified radiator bracket to close up a couple extra holes. Now it matches the other radiator hold down.

More to come...

You've sealed up the holes the engine harness goes through the sheet metal. Don't know if I missed it, but are you going carb or going to run the harness differently?

I'm running fuel injection and my harness is run behind the dash and out the transmission tunnel. The wiper motor harness is ran up through the fenderwell.
I did have to extend the wiper wires.

I do still need to punch a new hole for the fuel lines to come through.

Thanks man!

I got some more work done yesterday. Stripped and clean the firewall and made some panels to further smooth the frame rails and got them tacked in.

Had to join the site just to post on this build thread.

Absolute professional work, attention to detail is unbeliveable. This is my favorite build thread.

I will be keeping up daily. Thanks for sharing!

Awesome car, such a thorough project! How do you find the time to do all this? I would kill to have the time and tools needed to jump into something like this

Thanks man, I just work on it when I can. Having a good shop and tools makes things go a lot faster. I'm sure my neighbors wonder why I have the Matco and Snap On truck visit my house every week.

Progress on engine bay

Body work done on trunk lid and 2K applied
