Build Thread "Rising from Ashes" 94 Cobra build thread

I just asked my oldest kid what his choice on wheel color would be and he agreed with me, the Grey is the better color. Then again he's a dirty teenage boy who wouldn't shower daily if I didn't yell at him so his choices have to be taken with a grain of salt.

Lol! Thats hilarious.
Black is eliminated. Its between grey and plasma now

Stinky kids aside, I've never trusted any shop to touch my stang, in the fifteen years I've daily driven her the only time she went to a shop was for wheel alignment( and I stood there and watched).
I must say i would trust K&K , your work is exceptional.

While I didn't ever daily my notch, that's exactly the same position I was in. I only ever let 1 shop do my alignments, and ended up shipping it to K & K.

Trust is earned…If your not seeing work that makes you go…wow! That is top notch, you’ve sent your car to the wrong place. If someone is willing to work On your car … ask for examples of what they are capable of. I never ask customers to trust me. Trust what you see.

That’s why he is doing my 97. It’ll be the first car anyone has done any work on out of my entire collection.

I kinda giggle a little when someone wants a 'good paint job but don't have much money'. I'd rather drive a car with ragged paint than spend money on paint that will only last a short time.
I've seen a few good looking paint jobs but after a year the flaws start showing up.

Got all the wiring done from passenger side to
Fuse box to driver side. Still need to wire alternator and starter. My fuel injection harness is a mess which will not do for this build so Ive asked @SorsCode to build me a new harness with all the extensions and deletes Im going to need.

All the parts I have put into this car and yet the table keeps piling up on the table.

Had to fix an issue with the BBK long tube header. It hit the 94-04 clutch fork. So the fork was stuck against it. So I got the hydraulic porta power out and jacked it out and gained a 1/2 inch of clearance which makes for a perfect
Fit.
