Build Thread "Rising from Ashes" 94 Cobra build thread

"Taking my time"...

This thread is almost as old as my youngest son... he's in 4th grade. LOL

It looks killer though, don't take that the wrong way, you're obviously busy with your own cars plus customer cars and do more work to them in a month than I've done in years.
Thanks man. Thing is I love building cars so this is the part I love and I want to savor it. Once their done...I like them and enjoy them but driving a 500-800 horsepower car is fine but not the part I enjoy. If I want to jump in and drive a new or old Shelby I can. Or any other of my cars....but the building is what I love

I turned down $250 bucks for this frame lol! So guess it’s worthy of the Cobra

I'm not a paint guy so this might be a stupid question, but is there a way to put in some purple flake into the anthracite in order to give it a sparkle that ties in the body color?
I added pearl To the wheel coating which is the same as the pearl in the paint formula in Sapphire blue. The wheels have the same sparkle as the car.

I like the charcoal/anthracite wheel with sapphire blue. That was the color combo I used back in the day, although a much less expensive wheel.

I’ve always like that combo. I’m even doing the cobra emblems the same color. The letters on the side skirts and bumpers are also this grey. But for the grey I used 03 cobra dark shadow grey for all the accents
