i just got a set of Ford Racing Pedestal Mount Roller Rocker Arms M-6564-B351. 1.60 ratio

will these work for me? or do i need to make some crazy adjustments for these to work correctly? if the pedestial mount sucks then can these be mounted on a stud? i got these for $33.00 so i couldent pass it up. will they fit under stock valve covers?

my setup is a stock 302 bottom end, e303 cam, stock gt40 heads and explorer intake.

yes they will fit, stock rockers are 1.6 so your not going to run into fitment issues, but your not going to make a whole lot more power either, but they work nice, so I guess you got a cool deal..

cool

i was hoping it would be ok. im more familiar with the bbf 390 fe series and 460 385 series. the little 302 amazes me how with very little it can wip a 350 chebby, usally the bigger engine has the upper hand. so i still got more to learn on the efi 302. thanks

oh it can, ive proven that fact more than once on the street..

with an ole 350 small block its not even a race really if the other car is stock, but it gets good if its an ls1...

hah even stock ls1s can't beat me!

Yeah they'll work fine. Won't see much of a power gain, if any, but will extend the life of your valvetrain which is good!

chebby guys

Its funny how every chebby guy has a 383 not a 350 anymore. i think most of them are full of it. I had a 89 chebby truck with a built 350 and at the track would only run low 15 sec et. so that heap got sold to fund 2 fords a 63 thunderbird 416 fe and the 68 mustang 5.0 efi t-5. Im a domestic guy but ive always been a ford man all my family had was fords. I want some ls1 a$$ now. This is a cool forum
