Rocker Arms

Would someone please recommend a rocker arm in 1.7 ratio for early 289 non-guideplate heads, please.

Are they rail rockers? If so you have to convert to guide plates. If not, any name brand for a mild cam.

i've seen rail rockers before i just can't remember the brand. i think comp cams. don't really wanna go through the expense to do both the rockers and the conversion.

can i use the scorpion pedestal mount? if not how much is the guideplate conversion

I am a big fan of the FRPP 1.7 Roller Rockers personally, definantly a quality part and the anodizing on them is very nice too for when you want to take off the valve covers.
