roller camshaft bearings

I found this in the FRPP catalog. Anybody used these? What cam did you have to use? The description mentions the metal (SAE 8620) but none of the cam descriptions mention the metal the cam is made from.

Camshaft (Roller) Bearings
NOTE: The 351 cam journals are NOT production
dimensions. The 429-460 dimensions are
production. These roller bearings require
an SAE 8620 steel camshaft.

Roller Bearing Cams are for race motors, they take the load from a very heavy spring much better then the convential billet core.

Roller cam bearings require the block be machined to accept them, along with a special cam core depending on what size cam bearing you go with the 55mm are popular.

Not for a street car.....
