OK so how many miles are they good for? I was going to get new ones but the funds are going fast since school started and I wanted to know if I could reuse my stock ones that have about 115,000-118,000 miles on them? I would rather buy new ones but I just dont want to cause harm either.

Thanks,
Greg

I've never heard of a mileage where they are recommended to be replaced. If the bodies and rollers look well, they should be good to re-use. However, cam companies don't recommend that you do so, and will actually void the warrantee on their camshaft if you do reuse the stockers. I, as well as many others, have re-used the stock lifters will no problems (as of yet ).

Engine Suggestions on an engine rebuild. Stock cam/GT40Ps or aftermarket on both for a fun weekend driver?
