Solid Roller lifters with HR cam?

can i use roller lifters with hidraulic roller cam? and what happens if i do it?
i know i have to adjust valves different!

maybe i'm completely wrong, but that sounds like the oem setup that the 5.0 mustangs all came with from the factory. However, I'm not as up to specs on cams, am I missing something?

They're meant to work together. If your question was solid lifters with a HR cam, then the answer is no.
