I have a 90 GT with a set of GT40 heads on it and I am thinking about getting a set of roller rockers for it just not sure of a few things. Stock Mustang cam, BBK shorty headers, 65mm tb and 70mm Mass Air meter, with an AOD trans, 3.73 gears. No clearance for taller valve covers under the upper plenum

1. Will they clear the stock aluminum valve covers if I remove the baffle cover plate?

2. Will I need different push-rods if the block and heads are stock and not milled?

3. 1.7's or 1.6's.......which are better for a daily driver?

4. Any problems I might not be thinking of?

If you have the stock cam get the 1.7 and they will clear just remove the baffle inside the valve cover and you can use the stock push rods. But every engine is different and you may need to shim a few of them if you tighten/adjust them and a few feel loose.
