roof to quarter panel seam

Hey guys, new member here and my first post. Last weekend I went to look at a fox mustang. Car has a modded motor and a supercharger. I noticed on the side of car along roof rail by rear quarter glass, it looks like the seam is showing and maybe the spot welds are visible. Is this a common issue on these cars, what causes it and how do you fix it. Its a black car so its noticable.

Typically that seam only looks funny after the car sees a lot of twisting from higher hp and tq without subframes or a roll bar.

It can be fixed cosmetically but it will not be cheap.

Usually if you look carefully, even in an unstressed stang, you can see, not the best finished seam...

Both of mine are very noticable. I don't think I have that much power and I do have welded in sub frames. But the only "give" I have in the rear suspension is the upper control arm busings on the rear end which are Cobra rubber bushings. Everthing else is solid along with battle boxes.
