No when I came up with that name some 8 years ago on another forum the internet was just becoming kewl and I didnt even think about the name that much. I had an 86GT Triple White Vert and it had the black HoodStrype
Anywho- here is the story...
We chased an Intermittant No Start problem on my 89GT since last July. Couldn't get it to do it for any reason. Even with the 6al unhooked it would quit on us so we were like WTF?????
Sooooo... months later and hours upon hours of work later we realized that I had:
a) A vacuum problem
b) A fuel pressure problem from the phenolic spacer
and
c) a MSD 6al problem. After months we were all so mad we torched it
They all 3 had us going for a long time. We were chasing 1 bug!!!
Now she's getting a paint job and maybe later this summer a set of heads
