Rotor Question

After searching and searching I still have not found a good answer for brakes to put on my 02 gt. Everyone seems to recommend upgrading to the Cobra 13'. That really is not an opition for me. What are good rotors to get to replace the stock rotors? Can the EBC Redstuff be used for an everyday driver? Has anyone used the Baer Eradispeed rotors?

Any help would be great.

Brembo's always a good option, though I haven't found any calipers by them yet for Stangs, just the rotors and pads. Drilled and slotted on eBay arent much at all.
