Rough Cold Start

I just "recharged" my air filter the other day and now my car doesn't start strong when the engine is cold. After it starts, it runs fine. I have JLT rai. I followed the directions for cleaning it and didn't over oil the filter, atleast i dont thinks so. I also tried cleaning the MAF with MAF cleaner and no help. Please HELP.

Very highly doubt there's a problem with the filter. There is an easy way to check that though. Pull the filter off and start it. See how it runs.

you didn't 'over oil' the filter did you?

i doubt thats the issue. you would have to soak it to get any adverse effects i would think.
