I just "recharged" my air filter the other day and now my car doesn't start strong when the engine is cold. After it starts, it runs fine. I have JLT rai. I followed the directions for cleaning it and didn't over oil the filter, atleast i dont thinks so. I also tried cleaning the MAF with MAF cleaner and no help. Please HELP.
