They have the same dimensions as the stock heads as far as bolting things up, so your intake should work. You will need bushings for the head bolt holes though, because they are 1/2 inch and you will be using 7/16 head bolts. You can find those bushings at summit racings, or jegs, or whatever is your pleasure.
Since they have the bigger 2.02/1.60 valves though, you will need to check piston to valve clearance. They should also be 64cc, not 62.
