will this roush brake kit fit?
1999-2004 Roush/Alcon Mustang GT Complete Front & Rear Brake Kit:
This kit includes:

(2) 4-piston calipers
(2) Front braided brake lines
(2)14 inch front slotted rotors. Installation requires 18" ROUSH wheels (or equivalent)
(2)13 Inch rear-slotted rotors
Rear Kit spaces out stock caliper to fit larger 13" rotor
Includes Front and Rear High performance Brake Pads

because the cobra and mach 1 kits fit 94-04

My gut tells me yes for the same reason it does for you, but I can't say with 100% certainty.

I can't see why it wouldn't fit. I remember they installed one of these kits on HorsePower TV a few years ago on a black '96 GT called project "Nightmare".
There's probably only a handful of 18" Mustang wheels that will clear them though. Unless you use spacers with other 18" wheels.
