RPM OUTLET bad cust service for U 2?

Anybody came across this with RPM Outlet?

Got my predator. Needed a "custom tune" for it. I faxed/emailed the backup file and tune sheet. A week later nobody has sent me a file, returned my emails, or called me back. I hope this doesn't happen or has happened to anyone else. They'll never see another dime from me due to this. This reminds me of a typical salesman, they want you to buy the product but don't want to service it after they have gotten the money.

They claim a 24 hr turn around time. I'm going on 7 times that.

I ordered some Baer brakes from them....they were on back order which happens often. What made me mad was they charged my credit card before thay even had them in stock or knew when they might get them in. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and after some unpleasant conversation I got all my money back weeks later. They "RPM Outlet" suck!

i got COPs from them and got them in 5-7 business days. no bull ****

Check them out on the BBB site, they have over 100 complaints!!! They are well known in the Mustang community of having THE crappiest customer service available. You guys really need to do just a couple quick forum searches before trying a new supplier. RPM Outlet has so much bad press on the internet it would have sent up red flags for most.

Infortunatly I did see a few negative things about RPM Outlet on the internet before I made my purchase but, I thought its in human nature to complain about things. People complain about places they buy things from a heck of a lot more than they praise them. Dumbf*** me bought from them anyway and look what I got. A huge pain in the ass.

I guess I got lucky with them. I have ordered a few things from them with no problems. They may have changed personal or managers. I haven't ordered anything from them in over a year. Pearl.

Will never buy from them again, no customer service at all. Order C&L intake for my 02 mustang gt and I told them I need one with the big nipple but they send me intake for 01 mustang gt.

Send it to wrong address but usps caught it and I got it, few weeks ago I needed my
invoice so I can get warranty parts from BBK so I call rpmoutlet hole fu*king day with out any success , BBK just send me parts with out the invoice .

Never ever buy from them and spread the word about that company so they get no other business
