HAS ANYONE OUT THERE PURCHASED ANYTHING ONLINE FROM RPM OUTLET AND HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE? ARE THE PARTS THEY SELL GENUINE? I PERSONALLY PURCHASED A THERMOSTAT BUT THAT NOT ALOT OF MONEY. I WAS THINKING OF BUYING SOMETHING MORE EXPENSIVE, JUST WANTED A LITTLE FEED BACK.

I have had good dealings thus far, but I only am ordering things I have heard good news about. Thing your not 100% positive are what you want and that could possibly be return items, I would not use RPM for. Seems a majoirty of the problems in regards to them are on the returns side of the house.
I have also purchased from them and have had no problems...really hard to beat their prices on just about everything. I to have read the many horror stories about RPM so I am cautious as to what I order and how much I spend.
I ordered my Pypes exhaust system from them with no problems. Great price, fast delivery and everything showed up in good condition. I ordered before I saw all of the bad news about them on this site, but thankfully I did not have any issues.
