I bought an Accufab 90mm throttle body and it didn't come with the EGR spacer. Someone told me I should just run it without the spacer. Is this good/bad, and is there anything special I have to do to do this?
block off the EGR coolant lines, run a resistor to tell the computer the EGR is working(not sure the specs, someone hopefully will), fab a bracket to hold the throttle linkage and that's it I think.
IDK its up to you really. If its not a DD, and from judging by your sig it isn't at all, I'd just leave it off. If budget is a prob, also judgin by your sig is not a prob, so maybe you should just by the spacer
I didn't run a spacer on my car with my 90mm Accufab. On my engine, I had to make a block off plate for the IAC valve because it had clearance issues with my upper intake. You can see pics of it in the link in my sig.
