Who here is running out of bolt-ons like me?

See the mods in my sig... I've done almost every bolt-on to my GT and I still want it faster. The only things I still want are headers, supercharger, p&p heads, bigger brakes and possibly a dyno tune. UCA's and LCA's are a possibility but I'm more interested in my car handling well than having a drag suspension. I guess it all depends on what you consider a "bolt-on". All of these things are going to require some serious $ though.

I'm looking forward to the release of the bbk equal length headers because with long tubes, I'd have to scrap my $400 magnaflow x-pipe. Also, I hope C&L hurries up with that lower intake. I'm getting bored not having anything to put on my car!

I was just about to suggest brakes. I like well rounded cars personally, too bad there aren't any road courses around here besides the kart track.

I would suggest adjustable upper control arms and solid lower control arms. The solid lowers will improve your traction all around and adjustable uppers lets you adjust the pinon angle for either road race or drag conditions. Might I also suggest a set of sub-frame connectors to keep that cars frame held together. This would be a good mod for both road racing and drag conditions as it helps to steady the frame all around.

you're not running out of bolt ons. you're running out of ideas. there are many things you could do to that car to actually help put the amount of power your making on to the ground. Like above guy says, LCA/UCA's Also recommend investing in some good DR's and Mcleod dual friction clutch with steeda clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster.

Well, it used to be that long until the moderators limited our signatures. My signatures starts at "1999 35th Anniversary.......".
You should have seen the font size I had to use when it was in my signature. You almost needed a magnifying glass to read it.

Good thing thats not a sig . Man I love what you have done to that car Mustang35thann. Very respectable combo you have there How does your car idle if you dont mind me asking? Is it really rough sounding or does it just have a nice loop to it . I keep telling myself that I am not going to do major engine work to this car, Im going to do that to the old 5.0, but its good knowledge to know... you know... just in case...

That is an awesome setup. A thermostat will help. The Plasma Booster worked for me.
